100 and something cupcakes...

I was asked to provide 100 cupcakes to a school in Leeds for their end of term staff presentation. I ended up making a few more than the 100 ordered. Moist vanilla sponge with butter cream swirl, topped with juicy fresh berries, sweets, biscuits, sprinkles, glitter and more! Enjoy!

    These look fantastic, I tried once & they didn't rise & icing too thick, these look just delicious.
