Triple layered carrot cake

Moist carrot cake, triple layered with cream cheese frosting.

Summer fruits cupcakes

Vanilla cupcakes with fresh chocolate cream, topped with fresh juicy summer berries.

Chocolate chip cookies

Tried out a new recipe my friend sent to me for 'perfect chocolate chip cookies' and I'm pleasantly surprised with the outcome! They're yummy!

Cupcake decorating party!

My first cupcake decorating party was for Teagan's 11th birthday. It was great fun and all of the guests had a lovely time getting messy with their creations. We started with freshly baked cupcakes and dyed the butter cream before I showed them how to pipe it onto the cakes. They then got busy with the decorations! Below are photographs of everyone with their finished cupcakes and at the bottom are some pictures of the decorating in action. I hope they enjoyed eating them as much as they did creating them!
